What should my punishment be?

My dad has been giving me suggestions, but he wants me to choose my own punishment. It can't be lame, because he'd get mad. And I really don't want it to be and extreme thing. I got a D in language arts and he got mad. He was most disappointed because my parents want me to be perfect and get on the honor roll every quarter. PLEASE HELP!!
