Do you think that infant circumcision should be banned?

Parents will have a hard time finding doctors who will do a circumcision unless there is a medical basis for it, such as phimosis (a constriction of urine flow). It doesn't need to banned, its already outdated. Jews however, should have their religious motive respected.
