Would there be anyone wiling to make a book cover 4 me?

i'm writing somthin on Wattpad and i need a good cover. The story is called "Lost in Shades of Red and Gold" so keep to the color code, plus its got action and dragons in it (no dragon slaying the dragons r the good guys) and is modern day ney york/washington dc so try to keep up with the times. no their is no romance yet to be seen in this book
