Im torn between staying with my dad, or moving in with my mom?

Ok so my dad is in the air force and has been for 25 years. He is gonna retire this coming march and bought a house here in california so i could finish high school here. I am gonna be a junior and am a straight A student (so far). I have a job where you make money off of tips. Now my parents split when i was 5 and shortly after, my dad married my korean stepmom. They have been together for 10 years and i must say my stepmom and i do not get along at all. I think the problem is that she tries to raise us as if we lived in korea... And to be quite honest i really dont think raising kids that are fully engulfed in the American culture the korean way is really good at all. And im not meaning to bash on koreans at all. But anyway my dad and stepmom are very strict and always take basketball away from me when i do something wrong... Now they know my dream is to play basketball as a pro but all i feel is that they are holding me back. On the other hand, i have my mom. She isnt really strict and i know that she would never take basketball away from me as a punishment. I am really happy when i visit her and i have some good friends where she lives. I am really torn between the two decisions because i know i want to live with my mom but its really hard to leave everything behind in california. I love my dad to death, he is awesome its just i cannot stand my stepmom.
