What High School Club Should I Start?

My best friend and I were not reelected this year to be on the School's Student Council. Therefor we need a new project -- something that will impress colleges. We will both be Sophomores next year. Does anyone have any good ideas for a club that we could start? Something that will stand out to colleges, ya know? Something that could help humanity or make us seem admirable and accomplished. I don't really have any ideas so please feel free to shout out any ideas. Also I do not have much experience with this so I am wondering what activities I would do with the club. How do you go about managing a club and what not? Thanks so much for the help. :)
