If Obama is reelected in 2012, will he finally help all the black people, or ignore them for the second time?

Alright there Kanye, ease up a little. I'm not sure how exactly he has selectively ignored the entire african american population, but the reality is that he inherited a significant array of matters to handle. He has done a solid job in stepping up to the challenge, and I am sure he has acted in ways beneficial to the african american demographic.
