Why are some Dead Sea Scrolls accepted by Christians and some aren't?

Your attempt here is futile. The only reason why a Christian should cite the Dead Sea Scrolls is to prove the age of the Old Testament Scriptures. The Dead Sea scrolls have nothing to do with Bible canon. The Dead Sea Scrolls are cited to show that the Old Testament books are older than 2000 years. Period.
