how can i complain about the punishment? recently we went shopping and police caught my mother as a shoplifter!!!! i knew nothing!!!!!! I was there and I talked to my mother!!!! they asked me who am i and I said Im her daughter and then they caught me too!!!! I had no Idea!!!! later I understood that she stole a bag!!!!Police took our address and phone number!!!! I told them that I knew nothing and I have no idea but they didn't even listen to me!!!!! they said you are with you mother!!! they took a pic of her and asked her birthday they also wrote her eye color and height!!! then they started asking me!!!! I was shocked and I even cried even now i can not believe what happened !!! I didn't steal any thing and i knew nothing!!! then they came and Asked me my birth date when they said me how old are you? I said 16 also said but i did nothing they said we didn't asked u what you did we just asked how old are u!!!!!! but they didn't take a picture of me and didn't write my eye color or height and then police said me sign here and just signed!!!!! then they gave me trespassing pink paper which says im not allowed to go there for a year!!! I was pretty shocked and I couldn't think at that moment!!!! when i came home and i read that i saw the shoplifting for the reason it also says that they took a picture of me which they didn't!!!!! What is it!!!!!! Now Im so angry i want to make complain about it how can I do this? they called me shoplifter but im not!!!!!!!! they can even check their camera!!! i haven't steal anything in my life!!!!!! now i don't even talk to my mom !!!! shes so ashamed!!! they didn't arrest us because it was her first time!!! but what is going to happen to me??? is it going to show on my records!!!!!!even now im going to cry!!! please help me!!!!! is it going to seal when i turn 18? should i make a complain against them because i did nothing!!!! am i going to be in trouble for getting job and going to university in future? :(((((((((((((((((
