Is it okay for parents to constantly pull a teen's hair as punishment?

It kinda depends on how hard and what she does. If she is into drugs and is disrespectful then she deserves a hair yank. Though if it were my kid I'd spank them then send em off to a boot camp for misfits. Though that would have to be a bad apple to go that far.
