GIRLS: How do i fix my girlfriend? Plzz help meee!!?

my girlfriend and i have been together for three years and we broke up for a wile but got back together and my girlfriend is really insecure self conscious and jealous. When she acts in theses ways obviously i react or ignore. But what should i do she is my love but i hate those three things. Girls out there please help me:(
